"茶碗蒸"其實就是我們一般說的蒸蛋ˊ利用隨手可得的食材搭配上不同配料ˊ就能變化出不同的感覺~滑嫩細緻的口感真的讓人不愛它都難ˊ今天利用簡單的海鮮點綴上鴻喜菇ˊ在涼涼的秋天來上一碗ˊ真的會大大滿足呢~~

材料 

雞蛋3個

蝦子2隻

蛤蟆2個

透抽2小塊

鴻喜菇酌量

蔥末少許

調味 

米酒1茶匙

味霖1大匙

醬油1茶匙

鹽1小匙

水約350~400cc
